The mission

Secodi was struggling with an outdated product management system, content and user interface. Our mission was to inject a new dynamic by modernizing the website's user interface (the front-end) and improving product and content management at back-office level. At the same time, this optimisation means that our client can now work more efficiently and productively.

Which group is involved in the project?

In order to bring Secodi's needs to life, Esokia has put together a team of experts including collaborators from Mauritius, Madagascar and France:

  • 1 back-end developer
  • 1 front-end developer
  • 1 project manager
  • 2 QA testers

The technologies used

The Secodi's website has been developed on the WordPress platform, with a clever strategy: the use of the Network Site option, enabling centralized management of each country and associated language.

The key stages in carrying out Secodi's project?

At Esokia, every project begins with a detailed business analysis to understand your objectives, your target audience and the challenges you face. This information is then used to design a customized strategy that precisely meets your needs.

Next, we developed a detailed assessment of the work required by Secodi. Our team's aim was to provide a clear picture of project costs and timescales, ensuring transparency and trust throughout our support.

Then we focused on UI/UX design. Our team of designers set out to create an exceptional user experience. Every graphical element designed was intelligently conceived to captivate, guide and convert visitors to the Secodi's website into satisfied customers.

After validation, we moved on to development, which is at the heart of our expertise: our developers ensured that the Secodi website was at the cutting edge of the latest technological trends, with optimal, user-friendly functionality.

Finally, the project underwent quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure optimum performance. Our QA testers devoted time and resources to detecting and correcting the slightest imperfections to ensure that the site was fully operational.
