To fulfill the requirements of Orange Link, Esokia assembled a team consisting of:

Thorough analysis of Orange Link's needs and provision of tailored recommendations through collaborative workshops with clients.

  • Estimation of the required work.
  • Integration of UX/UI design mockups.
  • Development phase.
  • QA testing (Quality Assurance).

We utilized a hybrid approach that combined the following methodologies:

  • Kanban: for task prioritization.
  • Agile: for adjusting our planning based on urgent requests or changing priorities.
